Street Legal Mini?

Here's one by Scott Brodie.  Using the stout little 79cc Predator to power his custom mini bike build.  This bike features full suspension, lights, mirrors and a springer seat just to name a few.  This is just one example of the many mini bike builds we've been seeing lately as the craze continues to grow!
