UNI makes the highest quality air filters that flow many times better than stock air filters. With this additional air entering the combustion chamber you will need to add more fuel as well. Drill the main jet with a #72 drill bit (.025") for the additional fuel. The bigger air/fuel charge will create more power in your 49cc motor. UNI High Flow Air Filter & Adapter Code: 1504 Price: $32.00 Quantity in Basket: none The ultimate in high flow air filters. This kit includes our billet aluminum adapter which eliminates the stock air filter box. Two stainless steel bolts are included for mounting the adapter. Drilling the main jet with a #71 drill bit (.026") is necessary in order to increase fuel flow. The filter can be used as it is supplied in this kit or it can be trimmed down for limited clearance applications.

This header is louder than the stock exhaust. The exhaust note is not obnoxious, however, the decibel level is higher than your standard 49cc 4 stroke. Use our high grade bolts to install. The free flow design allows your 49cc engine to spin up quicker while creating more.

This is a non-restrictive header for 49cc engines needing more power. Our long header design provides an excellent balance between mid range power and top end performance. The free flow design allows the engine to breathe. The stock exhaust has the 49cc engine choked down. A header brace is required. The exhaust note will be louder than the stock exhaust.

Header Brace Code: 1748 Price: $5.50 Quantity in Basket: none Use this header brace with our long racing header (2504). Cut the metal brace to length for your application. Bend a 90 degree angle on each end of brace. Secure brace to the header and bike frame near the muffler.

Quantity in Basket: none This is a stock 49cc 4-stroke carb that has been bored and reworked. Has a larger .478" bore (stock bore is .425"). Circuitry has been reworked. Throttle shaft and butterfly have been modified. Expect quicker revs and more power in mid range to top end. Uses stock return spring so no throttle linkage is required.

Quantity in Basket: none This big bore carb is an excellent upgrade for the 49cc motor. The stock carb has a bore of .425". The .457" bore on our carb allows a higher volume of air and fuel into the motor. Must be used with our high flow UNI filter and adapter kit (1504). A throttle linkage kit is also required. This carb will provide more power and quicker revs to redline.

Choose from the following sizes: 50, 52, 55, 58, 60, 62, 65 & 68. The stock main jet in the .457 carb is a 60 and works great in most applications.

This camshaft shows an noticeable increase in power from 4900 rpm on up to what ever rpm your engine can handle. The increased valve lift and duration from this cam create more horsepower and torque over stock. We set valve lash at .008" and use a synthetic oil. Our high grade bolts are much stronger and better suited for a high rpm engine. This kit include hardware for the engine side cover, valve cover and exhaust.
