Pro Mods jackshaft assembly works very well with the stock Doodlebug engine. Flipping the jackshaft gears provides a wide range of gear ratio for either low end power or top end speed. Used in go karts which require low gearing for short tracks. This is the answer to the tall axle sprocket that is giving you ground clearance problems.
