This engine is ready to bolt on your kart and race in AKRA's "Box Stock Project" (BSP) class. Everything has been done to prep the engine according to the rules and it is broken in and tested on our Dyno before it ships so we know you get what you expect. The governor has been removed, compression checked, valve lash set, Jet drilled, bolts torqued, fuel pump pulse fitting installed and throttle mechanism installed. Includes: 6899 Air Filter, 6931 ARC Billet Air Filter Adapter with DJ-1257 Choke Hold, ARC DJ-1138 Header Kit with muffler, clamps, straps, and heat sleeve, DJ-1415 Stainless Steel Chain Guard/Heat Shield, DJ-1146 ARC top plate/throttle mechanism, 6927 Walbro fuel pump & All necessary hoses. The included header, air filter and chain guard must be removed for shipping. Bolt those parts on, hook up your controls and fuel line, clutch add 16 oz of Mobil 1 Synthetic 5w20 oil and race! These engines are only shipped UPS ground and will usually ship in one or two business days after your order date. Partial dissassembly is required for shipping.

This modified 6.5hp OHV engine is an excellent package to run as is or to build on. This engine has our bolt-on kit 1 with some additional performance parts. The engine has the following modifications: candy cane header, UNI air filter with adaptor, #92 main jet, 18lb valve springs, govenor removed, billet rod and an aluminum (Honda) flywheel with 4 degrees advance timing. All engines are available in limited quantities. One to two week build time depending on the number or orders we have. Feel free to contact us for availability. All engines are sold as is.
