It is ready for you to make race ready for the Box Stock, Builder's Prepared, Superbox, or Outlaw clone class. A lot of extra effort went into importing an engine that was suited to the needs of racers. Items that are prefered over others, such as the Ruxing carb, and a forged crank were added, while wasted parts that kart racers remove, such as the governor and the low oil sensor are left out. Some protective oil was put into the engines during assembly to avoid corrosion NO RUST INSIDE, and about one in ten engines is started at the factory as part of the quality control process. The quality is simply amazing at such a low price. The plug can be removed in about 5 seconds using a 1/4" bottom tap. Just screw the tap in until you hear the plug break loose and pull.

Initiate your engine build by sending us an email requesting an engine quote. We will start a build sheet and work out all the details with you. When you are satisfied with the final parts list for your engine we'll start building. Engine dyno services are also available through AGK. Setup and the first dyno run is $130. After setup and the first run we charge $65 for every half hour. Our dyno team consist of three people with many years of professional engine building experience.

Billet Side Cover, Dual Bearing, GX200 Code: ARC6057 Price: $139.98 Available for delivery Quantity in Basket: none Introducing ARC's New Dual Bearing Billet Sidecover. The long anticipated Billet Sidecover for the GX200 / Clone Engine has arrived. It has the attention to detail and good looks that have come to be expected of ARC's billet products. It features side by side dual ball bearings that support the crank and gives it another fulcrum point to help eliminate any crankshaft flexing. It has an integral o-ring along the perimeter in it's machined groove that guarantees a good seal. 4 solid pin receptacles mate with solid dowels to increase mating shear strength. Ball bearing support for camshaft main increases strength and minimizes potential for wear. It has 2 venting holes at the top with 1/8" NPT Plugs. It also has 2 oil fill ports with billet ARC aluminum hand tighten plugs. Another useful feature is the threaded holes over the side dowel -pins so that small bolts (included) can be used to push the side cover for easy removal. The side cover comes with all needed hardware and crank seal. Important Due to variations in clone blocks, you may find that the side cover is not quite lining up with all four dowell pins. Try removing the bottom dowell pin if you encounter difficulty.
