The .524" bore on our carb allows a higher volume of air and fuel into the motor. Must be used with our air filter adapter, UNI air filter, carb adapter and throttle linkage kit. We are in the process of producing the carb adapters and throttle linkage kit for this setup. The carb is available now if you have the ability to fabricate your own adapter. This carb will provide more power and quicker revs to redline.

99cc Cylinder Head, Ported & Milled Code: 2826 Price: $96.00 Available for delivery Quantity in Basket: none The factory castings have rough edges from the machining process which limits the cylinder heads power potential. This 99cc Predator cylinder head has been ported to improve performance. We also mill these cylinder heads to increase compression. The added compression will improve your engines performance throughout the rpm range. This cylinder head also fits the 79cc Predator. Verify adequate valve to piston clearance before running your engine with this cylinder head.

Jackshaft Assembly for 79cc HF & 99cc Predator Code: 2600 Price: $135.00 Available for delivery Quantity in Basket: none This jackshaft assembly is a great way to get the gear reduction you need. Use with our Max Torque clutch. Jackshaft has a 22t input sprocket and a 9t output sprocket. We use this with a 56t sprocket on the rear wheel for total reduction of 12.44:1. Use #35 chain from the clutch to the input sprocket (included). Use #41 chain on the output sprocket which also works with the standard wheel sprockets that use #415 chain. Backing plate is slotted to adjust slack in the chain. Clutch not included.

Clutch has an 11 tooth sprocket setup for #35 chain. The shoes and spring have been modified for better engagement compared to standard Max Torque clutches. This header brace kit will help prolong the life of your header under these conditions. The 6.5hp engines have a drilled and tapped hole on the side of the cylinder head. This is a perfect place to mount the brace with the provided bolt/washer. Use the hose clamp to secure the brace to the header.

Gasket, Cylinder Head, 79cc Code: 2810 Price: $6.00 Available for delivery Quantity in Basket: none Replacement cylinder head gasket for the 79cc HF engine. Use as a high compression gasket for the 99cc Predator. The stock 99cc cylinder head gasket is .040" thick this gasket is .010" thick which will increase compression. When used on the 99cc Predator check piston pop up first. If the piston is out of the hole more than the thickness of this gasket, the piston will make contact with the cylinder head...not good. The piston height varies in these engines so it would be wise to check your piston depth before installing this gasket.

Output Shaft Bolt Kit, Predator Code: 1754 Price: $4.00 Available for delivery Quantity in Basket: none Output shaft bolt for the 79cc & 99cc Predator engine. Does not fit the blue 79cc Greyhound engine. Retains clutch on the output shaft. When using our jackshaft assembly the clutch is spaced out to clear the jackshaft plate. The spacer included in this kit helps retain the clutch key so it cannot work its way off the output shaft.
