The next mod for our Doodlebug is a set of aluminum rims and racing tires. Our rim and tire package provides better handling and less weight for higher performance. The race inspired tires allow the mini bike to take corners like a performance motorcycle. Our kit includes aluminum rims, racing tires, rear sprocket, rear disc, wheel bearings and all the necessary hardware to convert your Doodlebug into a great handling mini bike.
The stock Doodlebug uses these spacers to center front rim in the forks. A seperate set of spacers are used to center the front rim. Our kit comes with additional spacer tubing for centering the aluminum rims. Instructions are included with the kit.
Aluminum spacers are installed between the new sprocket and aluminum rim. The spacers and hardware are supplied with our kit.
Here our new aluminum sprocket is installed. Our kit comes with your choice of sprocket size.
We also supply a new brake disc with the kit. Spacers and hardware are included in the kit to align the sprocket with the brake caliper.
Here is our complete rim and tire installation. Our Doodlebug has transformed into a true racing mini bike with performance to match the best pit bikes and pocket bikes out there. We are working on another new product to take this mini bike to a new level. Stay tuned!
